For the last decade, I’ve lived in youth soccer — coaching, developing, and helping players understand the game on a deeper level.
I’ve worked across MLS Next systems, elite academies, private training environments, and high-performance programs, giving me a unique perspective on what actually moves a player forward.
One thing I’ve learned?
Most players don’t need more drills — they need clarity.
Clarity on their decision-making
Clarity on their tendencies
Clarity on what’s holding them back… and what will unlock the next level
ONE2WATCH was created to solve that.

My Approach
Most parents — whether they’ve never played the sport or played at a high level — end up dealing with the same problem:
Youth soccer doesn’t give you clear AND honest feedback.
Teams train.
Games happen.
But very little actual development occurs without clarity.
That’s where my approach comes in.
I break the game down the way true high-performance environments do — the details most clubs don’t have the time, staff, or expertise to teach:
Scanning Habits (how often a player checks their surroundings)
Positioning + Spacing in Buildup, Transition, and Defending
Tempo Control and Decision-Making Under Pressure
Pressing Triggers, Defensive Cues, and Moments to Step or Hold
Body Orientation and Receiving Angles
Patterns in the Final Third
Strengths, Weaknesses, Tendencies, and Blind Spots
Whether your player is:
In 9v9 learning the foundation
Transitioning to 11v11 and needs structure
Or already pushing for ECNL, ECNL-RL, MLS Next, GA or College ID
I give you the one thing the youth system rarely provides:
a clear roadmap of what your player actually needs.
Players already play — and that’s great.
Many also do private training, which is important.
But without the cognitive understanding behind their actions, they’re missing the part that ties everything together.
A lot of players watch highlights on YouTube. They study the best goals, the top moments, the flashy clips… but that’s not how real football works.
The game isn’t a highlight reel — it’s 70+ minutes of small decisions, little movements, and endless actions that shape the outcome.
That’s what I help players see.
Those invisible details that separate good players from players who truly understand the game.
My goal is simple:
Give players clarity.
Give parents confidence.
And help every player — from 9v9 to full 11v11 — build the foundation and football IQ required to take the next step, whatever that step may be.
